Ali Kamenova oldie but goodie, Zuzka's Slider workout, Kate Upton pushes 540 lbs!

Do any of you do Ali Kamenova yoga/HIIT workouts? I love this one:

I think along with some swings and handstands I'll be doing this workout today. Ali has a ton of videos for free available if you want to check her out. She's very different.

Lesley Fightmaster has a wide array of yoga videos for free as well, from stretching to strength to HIIT, to inversions, etc ....

I have no idea how Ali or Lesley make any money from their videos? They are free, they don't sell any equipment, there are no ads ???? Anyone know?

Anyways, Zuzka has her latest Slider workout posted. I'm not sure what to make of these routines yet as I haven't tried them. I don't have any sliders available. What do you guys think? I'd love to hear thoughts from some of you who have done them. Our bodies become efficient at what we are used to do this might be a good way to mix it up.

But this is also why I like weight training. It is easy to go heavier and mix up the routine!

Ok, I thought some of you might get a kick out of this Kate Upton video.

She is one strong super model. I frigging love this trend. Seeing a super model lift weights instead of starving herself is such a great message to send!

  1. You can get sliders at Walmart but I've done sliding moves in the gym using paper plates and magazine pages.

  2. I use socks at home on hardwood. And I'm currently in a hotel with carpet. I tried ziplock bags .... not the best and I looked super ridiculous. Then I cut up my cereal box and used the shiny side down. That was great. I like these for noise-friendly low-impact workouts! And the stretching can be really good too :)
