Need Some New Workout Motivation?

I've been really bored with online workouts lately. Usually I get inspired to watch exercises and want to try them. I haven't seen anything these days that gets my blood flowing. I'm just plain ole bored!

It might just be ME though. This whole time of the year - where summer ends just bums me out BIG TIME.

There are a couple of Facebook pages that all of you should check out that you might find motivating or at the very least pretty damn interesting!

  1. I know it sounds generic but I love perusing Pinterest for workouts -- I have a few boards that I pin to very randomly, and clean up every so often. I'm currently doing an ~advanced weight loss program~ from superskinnyme. My goal isn't to be "super skinny" but I basically Googled "weight loss program" and that was the most modifiable one.     I'm about to finish week 5 and it's helped me to just chill out about workouts and give myself the break I needed. It's also drilled into me that less [time] is more when you apply the right intensity and weight. And sometimes, sometimes, I don't have to go as intense as I think. I feel and look better than I have in a long time as a result.
