The Latest in Protein Shakes: Pea Protein? AND Looking For a TON of FREE Workouts?

I actually buy a pea protein powder by Vega One. It comes in 5 flavors, though I almost always get chocolate. I buy it because it is comparable to WHEY believe it or not, and this one doesn't taste bad, is made with Stevia and has added greens in it. Can't really go wrong now can you? :)
I have a hard time getting in enough protein, so I supplement with protein powder, but you may not need to. I can eat carbs and fats alllllllll day long, but protein? Eh, not so much.

Next, onto workouts. I found this site recently that has a whole plethora of free workouts:

They have workouts to build muscle, for fat loss, for strength, for women, for beginners, for home-based, bodyweight etc, etc! It is a great resource. You have to navigate around the site a bit to find what you personally might be looking for, but check it out and let me know what you think.

I'm off to attempt a vacation HIIT workout of my own using my 35lb Kettlebell, jump rope and yoga mat. I'll post some of what I do later this week. :)
