I am following Jacqui´s instagram account and I agree that she is really great. She wrote she would be doing her own real time workouts once she figured out some other stuff. I´d love to see more of her workout routines for sure.

ReplyDeleteI am a zgym member but recently decided to try the bodyrock adv. challenge. I am really surprised how tough it is and that i actually like it. I have never worn a vest before so i am sure that contributes but i am actually doing them more than Zuzka's right now, though i do throw in some of her short ladders or buyins at the end. What do you think
I haven't been following BR that much anymore. The 50/10 routines got old and I need more than 12 minutes. I bet the vest does help. I tried it once and found it annoying to wear and hot. I didn't like it, but lots of people do. Perhaps I'll needed try it again. Glad you're liking it!
ReplyDeleteYeah, i am not that use to the 50/10 as Z does not do alot of those. I was just shocked at how they kicked my butt, i was not expecting that. I found them tougher than Zuzka's this week and maybe that is because of the vest. I will try the vest with Zuzka also. I like Cardio shred #30 alot and maybe the vest will help me get stronger for an unassisted pull up. I also like my workouts to longer that 12 min. with the OT it comes to 18 minutes. I have been adding 10 min of strength from what Jade Teta does such as a chain of pull up/handstand press or a Ladder combo that takes about 10 min or more from Zuzka or Tati or somethig like that and then my Classical Stretch. Have you ever heard of Jade Teta or his wife Jill Coleman? Curious as to what you think? I love your Blog!!!

I have been following Jill Coleman on FB for a while now. I just started following Jade Teta. I like them both.
It's good that you are enjoying your workouts, are working on strength and you are stretching. sounds like you found a good path for yourself. Nice going!
You can try negative pull-ups or use bands like Zuzka does to get better at pull-ups. I used bands myself and was finally able to get good at them. :)
