I am sure many of you have seen this already, but just in case you have not - check it out - a 'Booty-ful Porgram' Edith!
http://www.traineredith.com/august-2016/
She has a pretty funny pre-sale campaign going on for it right now, so click the link and check it out. She seems to have a great sense of humor. Her booty program is going to be an 8 week downloabable program. Sounds interesting and good for her! If any of you are going to order it, I would love to hear about it!
Zuzka has made her Bunny Slope Program available for newbies for quite a while now, and it has been free.
She has a bunch of other programs coming our way including:
Cardio and Strength,
Bikini Butt Lift and
No Equipment Total Body Fitness.
The Cardio and Strength one is now available is now available for ZGym members - and it is another beginner one.
It is a 12 week program for newer folks, but she recommends you do the Bunny Slope Program FIRST.
From what I can tell from the list of workouts in the various weeks, Z takes workouts from other programs she has done and puts them together in this 12 week program (Beginner CArdio 1, Power yoga 1, etc, etc).
I am curious as to what she will put together for her other programs.
Welcome to my BLOG where we can talk about Fitness, Health, Nutrition, and everything health & wellness! It is my hope that this blog will help you be more fit (maybe even a little sweaty) and more nutritionally aware. Remember, your body is your temple, and it is the only one you have. If you don't take care of it, who will? I am not claiming to be a guru, nor is this to replace medical advice - it is simply a place to voice opinions on how to better yourself. Comments are welcome.

My guess is that these new programs will resemble some of her old programs in their basic structure. Bikini Butt Lift might be like Lifted Butt Series, and No Equipment Total Body Fitness might be like Body Crush or last year's 15 minute Fat Burn. Let's be honest, there are only so many "new" variations of exercises you can come up with.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I am always excited when she does new programs. I really enjoy no equipment workouts once in a while (especially when I travel), and even though I am confident I could put together my own routines by now, I just love Zuzka's style.
I agree. On BodyRock.TV is a lot of tautology. They are travelling from spain to rome and then to mykonos and always show simular workouts. I would never sign up for bodyrock or zuzkalight per monthly pay. On bodybuilding.com you will find hundreds of exercises for free. Dont't misunderstand me i really like zuzka and Lisa. But as lisa always says: "Think clever". So I Do. I am following for example Kris Gethin, Dana Linn Baily, Sophia Thiel and Pumping Ercan (Greatings from good old Germany) thinking clever and replace the machines with kettlebells and resistance bands.
