I use a 45 lb plate and a power band.
1. 20 reps of weighted constant tension hip thruster, wide stance
2. 20 reps of weighted constant tension hip thruster, close stance
3. 20 reps of hip abduction with power band
4. 20 second iso-hold with band
I did it once through because it was a cash out to my leg day. But you can also try it 3x through on a non- leg day.
Burn baby burn!

Thanks Claire! i did see that Edith has a new bootyful program. It is a pay for program only, so I am not going to get it, but I bet it is pretty good. I am already a member of Get Glutes and Bret's Get Strong - both are heavily geared towards the booty, so I am all set for that right now. I do love Edith though.
DeleteI have not tried the summer shred yet as I have been doing the workouts from jill Coleman with the 20x 20 challenge she hasgoing on right now. Your cash out would have been perfect after that lower body workout yesterday. I am kind of glad i focusing on these as the weights and repeatedly hitting these muscles feel right. If pull ups aren't included, I will add a short circuit with those at the beginning. You have me curious about Bret progra5
