Total Body 18 Minute Damn Sweaty Workout

Yep, I saw this workout on Men's Health FB page. Do any of you follow this page? I know it's geared towards men, but I love it. They have great routines that they post daily. They often have live workouts posted as well that are led by BJ Gaddour. He leads most of their workouts and though he is kind of a goof ball, he is super easy on the eye. I could watch him move all day! Lol. 
He used to be a pretty overweight guy who changed his life around. 

Anyways, the link above will bring you to a quick and dirty workout that will easily have you working up a sweat. It's also a routine that you can easily do from home or the gym.

  1. I do their workouts often, especially anthing from BJ is great stuff - and I don´t mind at all it is from Men´s health mag. I think that in men´s magazines you can find more solid information and stuff than in their women´s opossites.

    1. Have a look at Relentless Jake (Youtube). He offers 2 workouts a week for free. They are short intensive and crazy.
