Mistakes That Women Make In The Gym

I don't know if any of you are victim to some of these on the list, but a great read:

  1. Wow! I've always made the mistake of doing side bends with dumbbells, and always thought that it was helping my obliques, but I guess not! I also tend to not eat before or after workouts sometime, but knowing this made me pig out on Snickers before my workout, and a banana and rice afterwards! I really hope that I don't gain anything by loading up on carbs, but it was worth it!
