New Workouts and New Series THIS Week Coming From Zuzka!
Check it out! I was not a big fan of Zuzka's Killer Legs Series, but lets see what she does with it this time around. I am surprised she did not take the Summer Shred Series to #20?! I am super psyched for the handstand challenge on Thursday though.
