The Latest Killer Legs Workout From Zuzka, Jacqui Beyer is Filming Workouts Right NOW!

Zuzka posted her latest Killer Legs workout and I thought it was OK. She started with 'The Bar Method' moves and then went into High Intensity work with a Kettlebell. I think I would have preferred the workout done the other way around though. I'm not a fan of Barre workouts - but that's just ME. I also think she did WAY too many plie squats - those often make the insides of my knees too sore when I over do them. If she switched them out for some regular squats I would have liked the workout better.
I am still excited for her handstand workout coming on Thursday. She said on her latest VLOG that she can hold a handstand for 20-30 seconds. Some days I can as well. Others days I just can't seem to get up into one at all. However, I get both legs up. Zuzka gets up there and holds her legs in funky split rather than bringing them together in a straight line.

Do any of you follow Jacqui on Instagram? She is now in Canada with the super talented Taylor Oakes (a former photographer/videographer from BR.TV) being filmed for workouts. You can check out a clip on them if you want a taste of what is to come. YAHOO! I look forward to workouts coming from her. She gets to do her own thing so I think the workouts will be a lot better than what she was allowed to do before.

  2. Your handstand is lookig better, I think... Z probably does not practice handstands that often because she does not seem to progress that much... Just saying. =D I follow Sara Solomon on Facebook and she has been really focusing on hanstands the past few months and she is NAILING it. She recently posted a short video where she walks on her hands... I love her, she is so awesome. So I actually do believe when Z says she does not exercise more than about - + 20 minutes per day. =D

  3. I'm really looking forward to Jacqui's workouts. What she did with The Daily HIIT Show was fun and I liked that more weight was incorporated, and no BS. Fan favorite! Can't wait. :)
