How to Squat Safely and Effectively For Your Body Type - Even If You Have Limitations

The SQUAT. It is a great exercise - one that can build strength, power and even flexibility in your hips, spine and ankles. It is an exercise that becomes harder as we age and one that we often throw in the towel as we age. Does it have to be the case? I think not!
I hold a body weight squat in the lowest position possible every day for about 30 seconds two times a day - so my body can move like that - forever!
